Personalized Integrative Fitness
My Philosophy
Every body is unique, and trainers need to personalize workouts to prevent injuries and properly build muscle mass. At L2 Fitness, all programs are integrative to help ensure all muscles are working together to create a stronger you.
My fitness philosophy developed from my own experiences. I pull from my experiences in physical therapy, strength and conditioning, yoga, and cardiorespiratory training to elevate my National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) knowledge to develop unique fitness programs tailored to the individual focused on stabilization and strength for health and wellbeing.
Integrating flexibility, core stabilization, and dynamic strength training into my workouts results in total body conditioning and improved fitness. I particularly like to use body weight and free weight exercises, which allow the workouts to not only be more personalized, but also translatable and adaptable for outside of the gym. I understand busy schedules make it hard to schedule time to workout in the gym itself, so many of my workouts consist of exercises that can be completed anywhere with minimal extra equipment.
Injuries can be painfully debilitating. I suffered through the struggle of major back, shoulder, and knee injuries because of the lack of a personalized approach to fitness that emphasized form. My goal is to provide the necessary attention to form and individual musculoskeletal construction to provide the best workout for your body!

About Me

Hi, I'm Lauren Levy, an NASM Certified Personal Trainer passionate about helping people embrace the strength of their own bodies and their health through fitness. I love yoga and flexibility training as much as cardio and lifting, and believe in an integrative approach to fitness.
I graduated from Brown University in 2016 with a degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology and as a four-year varsity swimmer (distance freestyle). Collegiate swimming introduced me to strength and conditioning. However, the program was not

individualized. Through rehabbing shoulder, back, and knee injuries, I learned to appreciate the importance and value of physical therapy stabilization exercises, which form the foundation for proper dynamic movement. In rehabbing these injuries, I also gained an appreciation for the innate strength of the human body itself. I love body weight training and yoga, which embrace this intrinsic power!
I hope to help you work towards better health and well-being with exercise! If you have questions or want to become an L2 Fitness client, send me an email at laurenlevyfitness@gmail.com.
